Casa Marea is a waterfront apartment located directly on the shore of Rovinj’s scenic old town. The apartment is composed of two floors of an approximately 300 year-old house, built after the old city of Rovinj was still an island, last fully renovated in 2014. It is the perfect place to relax after visiting the Venetian-influenced historic town. The split-level apartment has its own private entrance and staircase. The master bedroom includes a double bed and the second bedroom bunk beds. Both bedrooms have oak hardwood floors and sea-view windows. A small bathroom with shower completes the upper floor. Downstairs, are the kitchen and living room whose glassed doors and windows combine with the terrace and offer a stunning panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. Given that it is in the old town, there isn’t car access. Visitors arriving by car are advised to park in the public parking.
